    Caribbean American Chamber Of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (CACCI), founded in August 1985, is a statewide membership organization, which has developed expertise in providing business assistance to small and start-up business owners, in areas of business planning, financing, certification, procurement, business expansion, and export/import opportunities.

    Caribbean Hub: Caribbean Hub is a Slack community dedicated to the Caribbean entrepreneurship.Our goal is to connect entrepreneurs and professionals from the tech and startup industry in this area in order to chat, share and learn from each other.

    Caribbean Women Entrepreneurs Network Former US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton has been a prominent champion of the rights of females across the globe, particularly for the equality and opportunity for women to be full participants in their respective economies as political leaders and drivers of economic growth. In line with her efforts, the Caribbean Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum, hosted by the US Department of State, was held in Washington D.C. on March 12 & 13, 2012. Twenty-two (22) female entrepreneurs from ten (10) Caribbean countries were selected to attend the forum. All participants were owners of small or medium enterprises (SMEs) who possessed a wealth of knowledge, skills and expertise as well as zeal to further grow their respective businesses. These female entrepreneurs were from the Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Suriname and Trinidad.

    Caribbean Small Business Ecademy: We educate, train and coach Caribbean Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners to grow their businesses FAST!

    Caribbean Commonwealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs- We have a mission to create and sustain a recognized body that exists as part of the official Commonwealth process and is able to engage, contribute to and impact the work of the Commonwealth to raise awareness and address the issues of young entrepreneurs.

    Youth Business Caribbean: We are a community of established organisations working with young people who want to establish entrepreneurial businesses in the Caribbean.     caribbean_beta_2012_-_logosLaunched 2011 Caribbean Beta Conference-was the region’s first annual Caribbean Tech Entrepreneurship conference. It brought together  the smartest Caribbean minds in technology, creative industries and business on an events platform for them to show and tell how they are using the internet, mobile and social to solve problems, create opportunities and change the world.It was launched in 2011 and has seen just over 500 attendees from 5 Caribbean Countries; 30 teams of Entrepreneurs Pitch in the BETAPitch Startup Contest and Silicon Valley,US Caribbean Diaspora, Regional Speakers.  Caribbean BETA was discontinued in 2012.

    Caribbean-Investment-SummitCaribbean Investment Summit 2016 – Miami– The Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export) in collaboration with the Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA) will host the 3rd staging of the Caribbean Investment Summit. The event will be funded and co-organised by the Inter-American Development Bank as a part of a Regional Public Goods Initiative entitled: Support to Foreign Direct Investment in the Caribbean. 

    FIF-e1454362336659ANNUAL LATIN AMERICA & THE CARIBBEAN FIXED INCOME INVESTORS FORUM: The Latin America & the Caribbean Fixed Income Investors Forum is a 250 delegate pan-regional meeting focused on and designed alongside leading Fixed Income investors on Latin America including Central Banks, Pension Funds and Sovereign Reserves.  The one day meeting will demystify the low yield environment and establish best practices in selection of external asset managers.

    PitchItCaribbeanPitchIt Caribbean: The PitchIT Caribbean Challenge is an event under the Caribbean Mobile Innovation Project (CMIP). The CMIP is part of the Entrepreneurship Program for Innovation in the Caribbean (EPIC) and is executed by a University of the West Indies Consortium consisting of UWI Consulting Inc., Mona School of Business and Management (MSBM) and the Mona Business Support Services (MBSS). Funded by the Government of Canada and executed by the World Bank, CMIP aims to develop the mobile app development ecosystem by bringing together mobile app developers, financiers, investors and industry players to accelerate the development of mobile app startups in the Caribbean.

    2Caribbean Innovation Competition: Caribbean Innovation Contest (CIC), through which entrepreneurs and firms can propose their ideas and develop them into profitable business models, while participating in training events, workshops and boot camps to be held in different Caribbean countries. Furthermore, CIC will allow winners to have access to expert mentors to support the process of idea commercialization.

  • Free Caribbean Digital Accelerator

    Featured in the Guardian and LeNouvelliste newspapers. 

    The First Caribbean Startup Digital Accelerator: We accelerate 100 companies to market each year. Our 3-day accelerator program is open to all small businesses, startups, and freelancers connected to the Caribbean. Each application round is rolling admission until we select our top 100. We then select the top 10 companies from the applicant pool to pitch investors on demo day. Top 3 are announced the next day and proceed to get capital investment with our investor network.

    The program has several components.

    • Part 1 Startup Development: First is the 3 -day accelerator program that includes 2 days of intense startup development training followed by an online demo day for the top ten companies to pitch investors, press and global accelerator directors.
    • Part 2 Mentorship: Once companies complete the program- they are given access to monthly startup development training with mentorship from successful Caribbean entrepreneurs.
    • Part 3 Progress & Investment: Companies are given an opportunity to submit updates on their companies 4x per year to and pitch our investor network for capital
